Ramazan Bayar is a senior attorney and legal consultant with over 20 years of experience advising clients in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Istanbul University School of Law, earned in 1998, and has been a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations since 2000.
His practice encompasses a wide range of legal areas, with particular focus on property law, intellectual property, information technology and cybersecurity law, trademark law and arbitration, advising local and international clients alike.
He has completed specialized training in cybersecurity (CyberNow Labs, 2022), defendant rights and defense (Istanbul Bar Association, 2000) and advanced public procurement law (Union of Turkish Bar Associations, 1999).
